The Pearl

  Kino:Kino is a very ignorant unintelligent man.  Kino is the man of the family who tries to take care of his loving wife Juana and his little infant son Coyotito. It is very hard for Kino to provide for his family since they are so poor but then he finds the pearl of the world and his luck seems to be turning around until greed corrupts his mind.          

  Juana: Juana is the wife of Kino and the proud mother of Coyotito but in this story she does the best she can to stay beside Kino through the rocky road ahead. She is faced with many challenges because in her time woman just made food for the family and cleaned but I believe the hardest thing that she had to deal with in her time was not having any rights as a human being.

  Coyotito: Coyotito is a infant baby not more than a year old it  seams like from reading the story. He has Kino as a dad and Juana as a mom. Throughout the story Coyotito has to follow Kino and Juana through there very dangerous journey. At the end of the book something very horrifing and very solem happens to Coyotito.
